Damage and Return
If for any reason the items you received are not what you desired or you are not satisfiedwith your purchase please contact us by email/telephone within 14 days after receiving your order and we will do everything we can to first resolve the matter.
If the matter cannot be resolved the items may be returned in the original packaging as instructed by a member of our sales staff via Email/Telephone conversation, where you will be given a return address and unique “Return Number” without this your return will be invalid. Customer is responsible for the cost of return.
For all items returned a full postage refund will only be given if an error has been made on our part. If no error has occurred due to us the postage will not be refunded once items have been returned.
All returns must be returned to us in the original packaging, undamaged, unused, and well packed within 14 days of being given your “Returns Number”.
If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping when items are being returned to us. It is up to you to insure that the parcel arrives back with us safely and in good condition.
If your goods have unfortunately been damaged in transit, we require that you please follow the procedure set out below:
Please inspect goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us within 24 hours in writing (which can be by e-mail) and at this time a picture may be require for our inspection. After this we will then make a decision to offer replacement, partial refund or full refund depending on the circumstances.
It is of the utmost importance that the items full packaging materials are kept for inspection.
If you discard the original packing materials and/or item you may not be entitled to a replacement or refund as this will be needed for any claim for damages.
You may be required to sign insurance claim forms.
