Returns Policy

If for any reason the items you received are not as advertised or you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email or telephone within 14 days after receiving your order and we will do everything we can to resolve the matter.

If you would like to return any items to us, where possible, please use the original packaging they were dispatched to you in.

Please quote your order number on the return label or include a copy of your sales order/invoice in the parcel, so as not to delay the time it takes for us to process your return quickly.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us by post, unless agreed otherwise. A postage refund will only be given if the error was made on our end. If there was not, however, the return postage cost will not be refunded.

All returns must be returned to us in the original packaging, undamaged, and unused, and within 14 days of the order being delivered.

If the item is returned unopened in the original packaging, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping when items are being returned to us. The customer is liable for the parcel arriving back to us, safely and in good condition.

Damaged Goods

If your goods have been damaged during transit, we require that you follow this procedure:

  • Inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt and notify us within 24 hours in writing (which can be by e-mail)
  • A picture will be required for our records.
  • Await our response in the form of an offer of; a replacement, a partial refund or a full refund depending on the circumstances.

It is important that the items full packaging materials are kept for us to inspect.

If the original packing materials or any of the items are discarded, you may not be entitled to a replacement or refund, as these will be needed for any claim for damages.

You may also be required to sign an insurance claim form.
