At present, there are two ways to earn points:

1. Join / Create an Account = 500 points
2. Make a purchase = 10 points for every £1 spent*

We plan on introducing new ways of earning points in the future, so check back at a later date!

* Important – You must be signed in to your account before placing an order, to ensure you earn points. If you place an order as a guest, points will not be earned, even if you add the email address associated with your account during checkout.

Every 250 points you earn is equal to £1 in value.

Once you earn 1,250 points, you will be able to redeem a £5 discount code that can be used on a future order.

Points will only expire after 12 months of inactivity.

You can check your activity log, when signed in, to keep up to date.
